Domestic Orders

Not in love with your purchase? We get it! No love lost.

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping labels are provided for qualifying orders.

Please note:

  • We do not refund original shipping costs

  • Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery

  • Items returned after this window or in unsellable condition are not eligible for refund

Due to the nature of these products or health/safety concerns, the following cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect: mugs, hats, enamel pins, made-to-order (print-on-demand) items.

Made-to-Order Items

Items fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners (like t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and totes) are made just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns unless the item is:

  • Damaged or misprinted

  • Incorrect (wrong item/size sent)

If there's an issue, please email us at liveinclusively@wintersgroup.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after your return is received and approved. Some payment processors may take up to 4 weeks to reflect the refund on your original payment method.

International Orders

At this time, all international sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
