Domestic Orders
We now offer a combination of on-demand and in-house fulfillment, so your order may ship in multiple packages depending on item type and availability.
The majority of domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS, though some on-demand products may be shipped through other carriers depending on fulfillment location. You will receive tracking information via email as each item is shipped.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $8.00 per order for U.S. domestic orders. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing, and 2–5 days for delivery. Print-on-demand items may ship sooner or later depending on production time. Tracking details will be provided for all shipments.
Note: Items may arrive separately. For example, a t-shirt may ship directly from our print partner, while a mug or enamel pin may ship from our in-house inventory.
All orders are subject to credit and address verification. We can only ship to one address per order.
Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, Live Inclusively® / The Winters Group, Inc. is not liable for any loss, delays, or damage. If issues arise in transit, please reach out to the shipping provider using your tracking number.
We do not ship on Sundays or U.S. holidays.
International Orders
We currently offer international shipping to Canada.
A flat shipping rate of $25.00 USD applies to all international orders. Custom fees, VAT, and other import-related charges are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
International shipments are fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or other global carriers. Tracking is provided at the time of shipment, though visibility may be limited once the package leaves the U.S.
Note: Customs processing times and tracking visibility vary by country. In some cases, tracking may end at the port of entry or local delivery office.
Import duties and taxes are not included in your purchase price and may be required to release your order from customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Live Inclusively® / The Winters Group, Inc.
